You can discuss and meet directly with owner and negotiation about this plantation. All documents is ready to transact and transfer and verified by  Public Notary , Land Authority and Government. Buyer’s  lawyer can check directly to Public Notary and Local Government.

 

Location : West Kalimantan Province, Total Area : 20,000 hectares (HGU until 2042 all planted), Marihat, Almost all area planted, Not available mills( create new mill can discuss again), produced, price ask : 100% share US $ 70 million, 70% share US$ 50 million

 

Procedures of Transaction :

  1. Buyer must have PT (Indonesian registered company)
  2. End Buyer (buyer who will transact/it is not broker company) must send LOI use company letterhead and stamp and signed by Director or Person who will transaction on Indonesian Public Notary. Before send LOI, please email us, we will give you information of The Name of Company for Purpose Letter.
  3. End Buyer will send to us LOI enclosed Bank Guaranteed Letter Information included Bank Name, Address of Bank, Bank Officer and Contact Number.
  4. We will send summary information letter for land, license, and mill (factory)
  5. After buyer learn about this information and ready to meet conference with owner, we will send Invitation Letter to conference with owner and lawyer
  6. On 1st conference buyer will discuss with owner about price and if any additional information
  7. If buyer interest and make offer price and deal for legal purpose can check in Public Notary in the same time buyer must pay deposit 5% of total transaction.
  8. On 1st conference we inform buyer about payment term
  9. Both side make a team for survey, check as  transfer team (seller, buyer, government, public notary, land authority, and plantation dept)
  10. Payment term, process of transaction, transfer of ownership.

 

If you are mediator/broker, we can give you fee as buyer mediator. NCND/Commission Fee Letter by Public Notary will create for you in the same time with deposit 5% in the public notary. We process of discussion after your end buyer send to us LOI enclosed Bank Guaranteed.
