Procedures of Transaction :

  1. Buyer must have PT (Indonesian registered company)
  2. End Buyer (buyer who will transact/it is not broker company) must send LOI use company letterhead and stamp and signed by Director or Person who will transaction on Indonesian Public Notary. Before send LOI, please email us, we will give you updated price information and condition of the land. 
  3. End Buyer will send to us LOI enclosed Bank Guaranteed Letter Information included Bank Name, Address of Bank, Bank Officer and Contact Number.
  4. We will send Invitation Letter to conference with us and our lawyer and location survey
  5. On 1st conference buyer will discuss with us and our lawyer about price and if any additional information
  6. If buyer interest and make offer price and deal for legal purpose can check in Public Notary in the same time buyer must pay deposit 5% of total transaction.
  7. On 1st conference we inform buyer about payment term
  8. Both side make a team for re-check : survey and legal transfer as  transfer team (seller, buyer, government, public notary, land authority)
  9. Payment term, process of transaction, transfer of ownership.

 

If you are mediator/broker, we can give you fee as buyer mediator. NCND/Commission Fee Letter by Public Notary will create for you in the same time with deposit 5% in the public notary. We process of discussion after your end buyer send to us LOI enclosed Bank Guaranteed.
